Post by: Asellith on July 06, 2008, 10:09:51 PM
Ok I just got a zune and the idea of a pod cast fascinates me. So I thought are there any robotics related podcasts and if not why not?

We've been working on a couple of podcasts over the past two years.

"Talking Robots" has 45 interviews with high profile scientists: http://lis.epfl.ch/podcast

"Robots" issues shows every two weeks on the news and views in robotics : http://www.robotspodcast.com

Some other people like Minister Carl are looking into videocasts as well:

Feel free to check it out :)

About 3 years ago I considered doing a podcast on basic robot making skills . . . but then laziness took over . . . plus I didn't find it practical for robot tutorials - try explaining a circuit diagram in words :P

And hey, how come I wasn't ever interviewed?! :P

They didn't interview me either  :(   However, it's nice that Sabine and Markus are visiting here - they have done some very high quality work at EPFL, and I really enjoyed their interviews.
