Title: blackfin expansion board
Post by: vidam on July 25, 2008, 10:27:41 PM
the pins on the greenexpansion board are confusing me.

it says I need pins 3 and 4 for uart  on this post:

http://www.surveyor.com/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.pl?num=1217041456/2#2

but looking at your picture you use pin 2 and 3

3        TX0                Matchport RX1 (pin 9) + XBee Din (pin 3)
4        RX0                Matchport TX1 (pin 5) + XBee Dout (pin 2)

you said to look at the last part of the 2 sentences. I'm not using XBee. That is some wireless connection?

never mind I get it the expansion board layout now. It is a bit confusing. I did not know what an XBee header is.
