Title: What is the best way to connect wires to a double-sided perforated board?

Say on a Microcontroller board with double sided terminals, what is the best way to connect a wire to these terminals?

??? not sure what you mean . . . whats the other end of the wire connected to? Do you mean like how I soldered up my $50 Robot?

No, I mean like on say an arduino or the BIP perf board from radioshack, whats the best way to solder something to there? (ie terminal headers, pins, direct)
