can some one post a circuit diagram to make a PIC programmer that can be used to programme PIC16F877 using any pic programming software.

I built one. Works great. I'll sell you mine cheap, if you want. I can't remember if I used the 40-pin socket or not. I'll check.

You can use it to program in circuit so you dont have to keep swapping the pic out.
It works with ic-prog , pony-prog etc.... to download you code
