Title: Cheap: USB transmitter - USB reciever?

Is there any cheap electronics that can fit my need for this:

I need to transmit my cam recordments from my webcam on my robot, to my computer. The project is a RC robot with a cam on it, so at some distance i can control the robot by just watching the screen of my computer, i would think bluetooth is a option, but where can i get something like this (that is affordable = under 80-100$ at least)

Can't do it with Bluetooth, have to use a wireless cam with the receiver connected to a TV or a capture card in your computer (TV Tuner). Something like this:

Or, you can use a Wireless Webcam, but those are more expensive.
