Title: I can not log in

dear sir, I got registered on 23rd September but I just can not log in. I requested for new password and it says it does not recognize my email id or username. My email id is [email protected] and if I click on a link that was sent to me on 23rd September, it says my account is activated. It is very strange. What to do to log in?
