Title: Proffesional Soldering Iron
Post by: airman00 on October 07, 2008, 03:20:20 PM
Hello everyone

Found this soldering iron :http://www.amazon.com/Aoyue-Profesional-Repair-Rework-Station/dp/B000HDJ5J2/ref=pd_ts_hi_4?ie=UTF8&s=hi

It's pretty cheap and it looks like the ultimate iron.

Looks pretty nice but out of my budget. I guess cheap is one of those relative terms heheh ;)

If you're looking for cheap stations that do it all, another company is madelltech (http://www.madelltech.com/m3.html).  I'd be curious how that iron works out... the price is VERY good for all the tools.

Whoa thanks curiousinventor!

Exactly what I need:

I've struggled to find one cheap, for lead-free solder, and can handle above 4.5". I'll buy one as soon as I get back into the states.

But I wonder what the shipping on these guys are . . .
