Title: AVR programmer Parallel to USB

I bought an AVR stk parallel port programmer (http://www.sparkfun.com/commerce/product_info.php?products_id=13) before I realized my computer doesn't have a parallel port.  I think I remember reading that a parallel to USB thing won't work with this particular product... is that true?  I guess I could get a serial one, but I'd really like a USB one if i'm going to spend any more money on this.  (well really i'd like to just get a converter and use what i already got)

Any suggestions?  Would this (http://www.ladyada.net/make/usbtinyisp/) work?

If it did work, it'd work very poorly.

Appears that it will work just like the AVRISP v2 (which is what I use and recommend), but I've never used it myself.
