this is the robot i'm going to bulit this is the same robot from '' Metal Gear Solid 4''.

well i dont really have the exp to give advice on building a robot but i would definitely say with that bot only having two legs and those legs being on wheels you will probably have some balance issues unless you get the weight distribution just right

Typically robots with wheels on their feet require a longer foot- a pole that will go back and extend its total foot radius. This way when the robot leans back it has a steady surface to lean on, while it can lean forward and benefit from the wheel,

from  what i hear this is your first robot do the $50 tutorial it will teach you and won't give you a headache..... The robot you trying to build has a  lot of physics and what not acting on it and personally I wouldn't attempt it

As with any robot mechanical design, start with CAD to plan it all out 100%. If you want to make robots properly, you need to learn CAD ;D

Google "google sketchup", download that, then google "sketchup tutorials" and learn it.
