does anybody know where to get an 2 way audio deceive. and know how to hook it up.

But what are you using it for? Can it be a LOS system? Does it have to go through walls of any kind? Will it be activated autonomously from sensor data or by a human?

Depending on what your using it for, as pomprocker suggested, just get some cheap walkies from your nearest walmart or something and heck them for your needs.
