Title: Robotic arm mechanics
Post by: ahmadkassem on November 05, 2008, 01:24:24 AM
Hi I am building a robotic arm and I am a mechanical engineering student I want some help in the calculation of forces and torques for the arm.
My arm is driven by cables and pulleys and the information cited in the robotic arm tutorial aren’t enough, I need detailed analysis for the arm dynamics.
Thank you very much.

Got a FBD of your robot arm? Any details on the DOF? Lets start with that . . .
