I am working on the $50 robot. i dont know anything about software.
can i get another model forservos because they are not available

Why are they not available? You can use almost any servo.

Will the servos differ. hitec-hs 311 servos are not available

give us a servo model number or a link , we have no idea which servos you want to get instead of teh HS-311

I meant will the programming differ. the servos i got are ok forthe robot. some indian model

probably wont be a difference
