Need Ideas

My skills:
I can solder
weld
braze
I have a:
$100 budget
wood shop
machine shop

Need details on circuits and programming.


I can figure out motors, gear boxes, wheels (or legs, tracks, fans).

Requirements:
run of computer
have camera
radar or sonar
speaker

You need an idea of what the robot should do or how the robot should be built?
