How to run Axon with Arduino software?

This is what I try to do, but it is extremly hard to make all the modifications to the Arduino config files, bootloader and some of the libraries to work with Axon. That is because ATmega640 has many more ports, timers, analog pins, UARTs, memory and so on. I wish some wise guy does it allready...

But in all honesty, the Arduino interface isn't amazing enough to warrant not using AVR Studio ;D
