Title: good construction material

Does anyone know a construction material that you can cut with hand tools? I ordered some of this stuff called Sintra from Solarbotics.com, it says you can cut it with hand tools, not really sure how durable though.

If you need aluminum, delrin, felt, rubber, ceramics, wax, magnets, bushings, bearings, pins, ball joints, clamps, lubricants, valves, tubing, hose, fittings, nuts, bolts, washers, pumps, cable, sleeves, springs, motors, switches, buttons, knobs, couplings, shafts, rod, connectors, etc. in almost any conceivable size, configuration, and specs, drawings, dimensions on said products, then you should try mcmaster-carr at mcmaster.com (http://mcmaster.com).

You can quite easily cut 1/16" and 1/8" aluminum extrude (available at Home Depot, Lowes, other hardware stores) with a hacksaw, metal file, and vise.

sintra ios fine up to like three pounds also reinforece it....
