Hi you Brits.... I too live in England (N. Yorkshire)  :) BUT am 47 years old  :-[ ... So am working hard to replace some of my own body parts with $50 robot board, Roboduino and Axon.

"Stay with it" - hard learning curve to start with - but nothing beats the satisfaction of "I made that!". You may get lots of 'lows' but the smaller number of 'highs' make it all worthwhile. If you need help on UK suppliers etc then send me a personal message - will help where I can and/or help to have a more complete UK supplier list on the forum.

We have a proud and solid heritage (Babbage, Turing etc) that we have kindly donated to these Yanks  :o and they gave us Mr Gates  :-\ . So 'go for it Brits'.  (A cheap jibe that surely no-one outside the UK will rise to!  ;D)

I do 90% of my shopping online :D
Its fun coming home from work and seeing a box propped up against my garage door waiting for me :D

Im lucky enough to live in a technical minded family for the most part. They are open to technology but only like 3 of my family members (3 of my 5 uncles) actually could build a computer but with difficulty... except one. He could probably build on with no problem lol

But im the most technologically minded person in my entire family lol
