Title: Can someone help me with the wiring for this circuit. (mainly the ground)

IS this circuit gonna work? The numbers 0-13 an the ground are plugged into arduino digital ports and the 5V and 2nd ground come from the battery. Is it gonna work? The ground can't be wired like that can it?

Yup that should work - but what sensors are those? I can't really think of any that only needs GND and a pin besides a button.

You should know that for servos the GND line is NOT in the middle of the 3 pin conector! Switch Unregulated power with GND in your schematic for all servo pins. Also many active digital sensors need regulated power (5V) besides GND and signal.

Ok thanks for the advice. I switch the ground for the servos and add power to the sensors. There definitely wont be a problem with the serial if I join the 5v GND and the GND from the Arduino right?

Actually you must do that. All electronic circuits that are working together must have a common ground so they are "talking the same language". Anything that is GND must be tied together.

How about the power? Should the power for the sensors be regulated?

sensors yes, servos no
