Title: tsop sensor

Does the LED light when modulated light hits the sensor? Output should be low when it does.
A 4k7 resistor for R3 might help.

As a first test, put the front of your TV-remote a short distance (like a few inches) from the TSOP (the side with the round mould) and press eg. Vol Up (as it is a repeating key). That should get your output down.

It's normal for the output to be high, TSOP sensors work in negative logic (1 is off, 0 is on).
