Title: Programming issue

Hi all...  I'm building the $50 dollar robot and attempting to use AVR Studio 4 (589) to upload the servo centering code.  I'm using the AVRISPmkII programmer.  When I connect the programmer and turn on the board, I get 2 green lights on the programmer, but when I push the connect button in avr studio, it times out (cannot connect).

Any ideas?  What else would be helpful to know?
