Hello,

I am a newbie to pic programming
I got Dev-C++ for writing in C
But when I write a code what to do next to put to a hex file to program may pic with?

You can't uses Dev-C++.

You need a compiler for PIC microcontrollers (http://www.societyofrobots.com/robot_parts_list_software.shtml#pic).
