well the title kinda says it but the robot going to be on a roof so wat sensor would i use to have know not to drive off
another ? is its going to be remoted so is their even a way to have sensor until it get atomis

edit servos or dc motors

a low tech solution would be to have the pressure of the wheels (or maybe a slight feeler) against the surface it's rolling be what keeps the power lead contact connected. when the wheel drops off ( or the feeler) the power connection is lost to that side, the other sides' motor is still on thus turning the bot the opposite direction of the drop off.
