its a proved theory, if i remember correctly. also, a statement backed with arguments and an essay for a university degree

If this is for a paper, what class is it for? Any guidelines for your thesis?
If you're coming to a robotics/ electronics website, I'm assuming it's for a class that has something to do with these subjects. Which if you are writing a thesis paper, I'm assuming it's not an entry level class which I then assume that you must have some interest in this area.
Is there a specific area that you would like to learn more about?

Next time, please make the title more descriptive.
(Beat you there Admin =D)

Hi,
its a proved theory, if i remember correctly. also, a statement backed with arguments and an essay for a university degree
A thesis is a theory that is substantiated by the authors findings (at least according to said author) and put forward as an argument for discussion.
If a theory is actually proven (which theory can actually be proven?), it's no longer a theory but rock hard knowledge (at least until the fabric it's based upon is torn apart).

So, so far there has been 4 posts about what a thesis is, but he has not come back to describe further what he needed help with?
Interesting.

correct. probably because none of us can think of a thesis he can use to work with.
