I need a 7.5 volt motor with 20lb.\foot of torque. I found this motor http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/wwg/guideBrowse.shtml.
If my calculations are correct than its saying that the motor has 15 lbs\foot of torque and 2350 rpm. Isn't that ridicuously good for a $13 motor?

Link doesnt work - tell us the part number.
Most manufacturer specs are overrated, those are the absolute maximum specs they could get out of it in a perfect world - in real life it will be lower.
-
That was the only link I had. Nevermind.
-
Am I the only one who thinks a standard 8v motor with 20lbs/in of torque sounds kind of unrealistic?
-
I meant 10 llb./foot.

I meant 10 llb./foot.
Still quite unrealistic
These little guys are usually measured in oz/in

Wait I still typed it wrong. 10lb./inch. Nevermind it doesn't matter anyway.

That sounds better but still unrealistic... Remember you can always edit your posts :P
