Title: Single Chip Voice Record/Playback Devices

Looking for suggestions on Single Chip Voice Record/Playback Device that people have used in the past, work well,cheap, and are easy to implement.

All suggestions welcome.   ;D

I'll answer my own question. After looking into it: IC VOICE REC/PLAY 60SEC 28-TSOP ISD2500 series seems very suitable.

Super Easy to implement.

i remember in the 90's they used to sell this toy called the 'talk back' or something like that . . . it recorded like 30 seconds of sound, then could replay it by a single button . . . should be easy to hack i think if you can find one
