Title: 3v motor driver...
Post by: giftlftr_23 on March 14, 2009, 01:28:21 AM
I have a project that will use this tamiya twin-motor gearbox http://www.pololu.com/catalog/product/61 (http://www.pololu.com/catalog/product/61) but I don't know what driver to use.

Any recommendation?

Thanks...

are you looking for a "chip" or a "board"?

I use the exact same gear box. My advice: buy two motors to replace the default ones. Something like this http://www.pololu.com/catalog/product/1117 (http://www.pololu.com/catalog/product/1117) is more convenient to use (higher voltage, lower current). With this kind of motors, you can use a SN754410 chip.
