Title: AVR Programmer?

Does anyone know a AVR C Compiler that recognizes this http://www.sparkfun.com/commerce/product_info.php?products_id=14 (http://www.sparkfun.com/commerce/product_info.php?products_id=14) as a programmer?

The compiler doesn't care about the programmer you use. It produces a binary. Maybe you are talking about the program to upload the binary? Apparently you programmer is supported by ponyprog.
