Is there a robotics club in london?
-
have you searched for it?
maybe you should set one up...
-
iv searched, not to hard but enough. I would but im only 14 so it would be kind of difficult :P
-
how is it difficult is your only 14?
run it past your parents and if they say yes, post ads everywhere around your city/online
and wait for some responses...
-
lol in london, it doesnt really work like that :(. I suppose i could try eventually :)
-
lol in london, it doesnt really work like that
I live in ENgalnd so what do you mean it doesn't work like that in London. That's how I would go about it, no offence.
-
well i think being 14 it would be quite difficult to start a robotics club...meh i guess it couldnt be that hard
-
not really... get a few other guys who are into robotics...
make them send a photo and chat for a while so you can see they wont try to kill you
then have them over to your house...
it is better if they're around your age group but adults are good too because they generally have
a fair bit more knowledge.
-
thing is i dont know anyone my age is REALLY into robotics, i know like one person but thats like it.
-
then get people interested!
most people are happy to learn a new thing but have no idea where to start.
ask around your local school and see if anyone would be interested in learning about robotics.
-
ok, well im actually starting a new school next year and they probably have a robotics club, lol i just realized.
-
I'm 13 and i'm setting up a robotics club in my school to start next year but i'm getting funding from the headteacher and i've got a system control teacher assisting me so i'm alright. If your new school hasn't got one, try and set one up.
-
cool :)
-
i might talk to my electronics teacher about this concept...
it would be great to have a club! some people i can talk robot to that aren't half way across the world
-
hehe :). My new school has a robotics club but i think its just like lego next etc :(
-
try to steer them into normal robotics!
bring in a rad robot that you made...
-
defiantly ;D
