Title: Make a Simple Laser Communicator

this almost seems to simple.  Could maybe used for cheap long range robot communications

i think i remember seeing something similar on instructables recently.

its a cool project though! i may one day try this... if they still sold laser pointers over here.

well, they're mostly banned as a whole heap of f#*k heads decided to point powerful laser pointers at a whole heap of jets and helicopters... even a police helicopter... needless to say they were not happy after finding out who the helicopter belonged to :D
but, they were never sold at our two dollar stores or anywhere i have been otherwise i would've bought one already.

Do they have those little ones for like $5 anywhere?
i called up like 5 stores asking if they sold them... none did!
