Title: Robot Arm Java

Dear

i am a student of media art school and looking for a robot arm for my projekt.
The robot arm schould cover an area of 40 * 40 * 30 cm (min, flexible) and move quite fast and strong.
i need direct access to the 3d movement functions (like forward kinematics) of the arm
a java api would be great.
My maximum budget for this is 1500 euros.
i would really appreciate your recommendation.

Look into a serial API for java that lets you output and read from the computer's serial ports. This is an easy way to send commands to a microcontroller in the robotic arm.
