Been involved with FIRST robotics for a year, then while surfing found this site, Its helped a lot!!

Played with Lego robots in comp. Eng. class last semester for about 1.5 months, it dawned upon me then that there must be more to life than Lego robots. I googled "How to build a robot" and found this site. I explored the site, found "step-by-step robot tutorial", read it, fell in love and got to work. ;D
p.s. - I wish my school had an electronics course...the only electronics lessons i had were super simple circuits in gr. 9 science and playing with gates (OR, NOR, NAND etc.) in comp. eng.
