Title: Line Following Robot
Post by: MangoBot on July 02, 2009, 10:03:09 PM
hi guys, could you use a white (or any other color) LED to track that color line using a photoresistor. The programming would have it so that it goes away from the things that don't give as bright of readings. Would I need to have two LED/PHotoresistor setup? Any help or tips for a line following robot would help.

Thanks. I have not re-read that in a while. Do you think using two that try to avoid white so that the line we be inbetween the two sensors.

the general idea is that you have two sensors, one on either side of the line.
if one starts to see the line, the opposite side speeds up.
