Title: non-plug in contacts
Post by: mdmedlin on July 18, 2009, 06:18:02 PM
I am trying to find a part.  Basically what it is, I know some people use it to charge their bots, is a connector that has two contacts and then you have another two contacts that when they touch complete a circuit.  We have some machines at work that take 120v and the wire that they use to feed the power sometimes gets pinched and the cord gets pulled out when people clean them.  I was thinking that if I could install a switch in the back so that when they are mounted, that they will get power, it might solve the problem of the pulled out wires.  Thanks :D

no I don't have a picture, all I know is that it is like a brass type contact kinda like the ones that you might have for a battery pack that you slide the battery pack into.
