Title: Breadboard addon

Hi everyone, just had a question about the PmodBB Breadboard addon http://www.digilentinc.com/Products/Detail.cfm?NavPath=2,401,471&Prod=PMOD-BB

I was going to order one of these for a cerebot II my friend loaned me.. when I clicked "add to cart" the website gave me two options:
2x6 Pin to Dual 6 Pin Cable or a 2x6 Pin Cable.  I am still new and i don't understand the difference between either of these cables..

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated!!
