Title: how a great proffesor in robotics can advance his best student
Post by: jorj on August 13, 2009, 06:52:38 PM
In the next semester I will have one curse in robotics with a very important professor in robotics
In this curse I need to build a robot
I know that if I will invest a lot I will have the best robot in the class
But I know that I will need to concede two other curses for the robotics curse
I will do this if I will know how a great professor in robotics can advance me in robotics

so what if it's a great professor?  what you get out of the course depends on you and has very little to do with the professor.

certainly a good professor makes it easier to get info from a course, but in the end its up to you

yup, good teachers are the bomb when it comes to learning :P
but it is up to YOU to spend the time studying your notes/other stuff outside of class,
read a few tutorials and you will be well on your way!

Most professors aren't interested in teaching grad students, they are only interested in using them to advance their own research. And usually the boring gruntwork, too . . .

Make sure that doesn't happen, and meet with your professor often whether he likes it or not :P
