How to calculate a delay of 3 minute in 555 device
I want the delay will be 3 minute in high and 3 minute in low and so on

Can you tell us the application of using a 555 Timer? Is it a class homework such that you'd have to use a timer rather than a software delay? It would be much easier to just implement delays using software in your microprocessor.

Otherwise, look again at this datasheet.

Okay so you should go and open the PDF file I have attached and go to Application Information.

It will provide you with all the information such as Supply Voltage, RC requirements, etc.
