Title: low speed sumo?

i've seen allot of robot sumo fights and most involve little more then pressing a wedge as close to the floor as possible and then finishing the fight in 1/2 a second by ramming the other robot at 100mph. are there sumo fights with limit the speeds? i'd really like to see (and hopefully one day participate) in one where design and programming is what wins out.

yes, some sumo competitions do have speed limitations...
