i am beginner in robotics and i need a final year project on robotic arm.
Plz help me i shall be highly thankful to all of u.

Well, since we don't exactly know what you need/want in terms of this robot, I can point out a some general things:

1. http://www.societyofrobots.com/robot_arm_tutorial.shtml Good tutorial about robot arms.
2. http://www.societyofrobots.com/robot_arm_calculator.shtml Good for calculating the required torque for your robot motors.
3. Probably the best motors (or atleast the most popular) for arms are servos.
4. Lynxmotion.com has a variety of kits and parts that are easy to use in the construction of robot arms.
5. As for a controller...I'd say the $50 Robot controller is the most suitable in terms of cost and capability. Though other controllers should be just fine.
