Title: Glass climbing & cleaning robot !

Hi dear Admin and the rest of members.

Ive selected my final project as glass climbing robot for cleaning purposes. I am in need of some infos of the suction cups and the vacuum pumps in small sizes which you have used in your wall climbing robot. basically I want to know how the connections are and the parts which I maight need and finally where can I get them. Can I order them online? Please let me know if u can give me some info.

there is a  wall climbing robot made by researchers at Cmu,there is few details in their website

Look at McMaster-Carr for all kinds of tubing, fittings etc. They most likely will have much of what you need to build this bot.

Guys, thanks for the advices, But can someone tell me how the system works? Now I think that the air pump should be connected to vacuum generator and the vacuum generator is connected to suction cup. Please correct me if I am wrong. Basically I want to know what is happening in the system before I start to buy anything. Thank you so much for ur help.
