Hello, I'm new here and I was wondering if I could get help with building my first robot, maybe get a blueprint of a really easy one because I don't understand anything on how this works. I really want to get started because I plan on studying Robotics Engineering. We'll I have time but I would really love to get started... Thank you

Go through the $50 Robot tutorial, and if you have any questions about something on it, just ask in the forum. This will give you a good heading with robotics: http://www.societyofrobots.com/step_by_step_robot.shtml (http://www.societyofrobots.com/step_by_step_robot.shtml)

The $50 robot is a really good place to start.
1)it has a very good tutorial to help you along.
2)Alot of the people on this forum have done the $50 robot and added to it to make it a better platform so there is a really big support base behind it.
3)After you have completed the $50 bot you can add whatever you want to it and improve your design.
