I don't know what other people think but I hink Dr Rodney Brooks should be added for his contibutuion in to robotics reasearch and in particular the study of artificial intelligents.
He is the director of MIT and owns a multimillion dollar company.
He has done some good interviews and his projects are well documented, more so in the 2 books he has written.
Google him and see what you think.

There is also a documentary about him (and three other people): "Fast, Cheap and Out of Control" by Errol Morris.

The one i know of is "rodneys robot revolution", it is about when he stood down as MIT director for a bit to build a robot for the US government. It was a research robot that incorperated social awareness. I found it resonably interesting.

While I don't think half of those people should be on the list I would add Red Whittaker from CMU.
