I have three questions
1.what is the difference between the two capacitors in the picture?
2. I search approximately size (length & width) of the basis of the 50 dollar
I put 2 pictures of the 50 dollar that appear in this site and in youtube
3. what is the different with servo motor kit s3003 4.8V, speed 0.19 sec, torque :3.57 kg/cm weight 45 gram and the Hitec HS-311 servo
Can I change this servo without to do any change in the 50 dollar robot ?

1. The one with the curved line and the plus is a polarized capacitor, this means you can only connect it one way.
2. By "basis", what do you mean, the robot? the board?
3. Most servos will work with the $50 board, as long as they have the strength needed.
So, yes, that servo will work. You will not need to change anything in the robot to switch out a servo.

1.the two capacitors have different names, do you know the names ?
The leftmost is a non-polarized cap . That symbol covers ALL non-polarized types, like ceramic caps, polyester foil caps, polypropylene caps etc., so you can't specify a single name.
The polarized type (at the right) can be eg. wet electrolyte caps, dry electrolyte caps or tantalum caps, so the same applies here.

I buy the polypropylene 10 mm thickness and the size is 40 cm X 20 cm
my problem is that is weigh a lot a proximate 2 kg maybe more
now I afraid that the motor can't drag the 50 dollar robot
also the wheels are heavy a proximate the three wheels 1 kg and have diameter of 12.5 cm
are the servo motor of the 50 dollar robot can drag robot with total weigh 4 kg ?
