Title: PCB making- where to find materials?

hey guys,

just wondering where u guys get ur materials for making PCB's, like
-copper clad board
- etch solution

also what etch solution do u think is best?

I get mine from the equivalent to your radio shack...
As for etchant, i use ammonium persulphate, works great every time and is reusable, not to mention clean!

 i mostly get them etched from nearby (safer option)but i use fecl3 which sucks in many ways(not easily disposable) but u eventually get the results

by the sound of it i think ill use ammonium persulphate.

i live in canada to the equivlent to radio shack is the source and they dont carry it.
any other suppiers?

I've never bought any etching supplies, but I have looked into it.

Do you have an Active Electronics Supplies Depot nearby?

They sell a wide variety of circuit etching products, as well as other electronics. And yes, they do have ammonium persulphate ;)
