Hi all
Recently i have been having trouble programming. And it comes up with the message in the picture at the bottom.
My programmer is the STK500 USB AVR programmer
I have built a new circuit board to no avail. I have re installed the programmers driver software. I have tried a different USB port.
Has any one had a problem like this before and knows how to fix it.
All help greatly appreciated
Thanks Joker94

Have you tried programming with avrdude?
That would isolate whether it was the programming software or hardware.
-
Have you tried changing chips?
-
changed the chips, still had a problem. I'll try with avrdude and see what happens.
Thanls again

now i think about it more it stopped right about the time my battery pack melted. So that could be a possible answer. ???
I have gone over my mother board and checked all voltages and all was well.
I think i am going to have to buy another one. :(

I don't need a new programmer yay.
I discover in one of my battery leads a break as it didn't power stuff so i swapped that tryed it didn't work but then i swapped the chaip and it works fine.
Thanks all ;D
