Title: need tutorial

can someone please add a tutorial on how to convert your non geared motor in to a geared one?. I mean not attaching a gear box to a motor but how to add gear wheels to base of robot and connect motor to it.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean... You need a tutorial on gearboxes but not how to attach them?

I'm trying to say something like following picture.look near tyre how he fixed gear wheels.

They make special lego adapters for motors if I understand you correctly.
