Hey guys simple question in the $50 robot tutorial what is the purpose of the three rows of six pin headers in the top right corner of the board?

I'll make this easy and explain it to you instead of making you read the tutorial.
On the mega8, the top right... I'm pretty sure you are talking about the analogue pins.
The power pus for this receives +5v regulated. If you don't understand, read the tutorial!

Additionally, "WHAT!?!?" is not a very helpful subject. Try something like "six pin header question for the $50 robot" in the future.

Ahh, forgive me I will work on a better post subject next time. So basically is it what I am going to connect the light sensitive resistors to?

Yeah the light sensors connect to the analouge pins.  easy peezy.
