error code

component 'SYSINFO.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.
i get this message when downloading the butler robot code software thing : http://www.societyofrobots.com/member_tutorials/node/140 + http://www.instructables.com/id/Build-Your-Own-Butler-Robot/step55/Downloading-the-Code/
please need help or making this robot would be a waste of time! ??? :-\
