Need help finding this part.

I'm looking for an Interruptor. I'm trying to follow this tutorial, but can't find the exact part.

It's called a "switch".  

There are millions of them out there.  You could make it two exposed wires and touch them together when you wanted to run it if you wanted to.  

EDIT:  Oh by the way, I hope my post didn't sound condescending, I didn't mean it that way at all!  I was just in a hurry.     So are  you building a game?

But given his first language is likely either Spanish or Portuguese, I'll bet he's talking about a (mains?) switch (which interrupts current flow).

I tried searching for that on Amazon and it didn't come up with anything that even looked like the part I needed. And I'm building a coin pusher for my first ever mechanical project. I'm slowly building my way into robotics.

Without knowing how much power he's putting through it though I can't tell you if it'd work or not.  

But, you could use ANY SPST switch.  That's single pole single throw switch.  That's what you should search for.  Just make sure it's rated for greater than what you need.

I'd use a SPST rocker switch meant for cars.  They're usually rated at 12V and plenty of amps to run a little servo.  They're also fun, big, and easy to find without looking, but if you are looking for a small, out of the way switch that's probably not the way to go.    Also, rocker switches can be turned on if you bump them the wrong way, so that's not always a good thing.  

And maybe I like lighted switches for some reason.  And you can usually find lighted rocker switches.  I liked to push buttons as a kid what can I say?

The tutorial I'm going through says something about using a 5v power adapter. So I'd assume 5v.

You could put a million volts through and be fine (ok it'd probably arc if the switch was open...).  But what matters is how much power (voltage * current) is going through the switch.
