Lipo battery

hi .. i have lipo battery which have 1 red wire and 2 black wire .. can you tell me whats the function of these three wires

hmmm... thats a strange one.

Usually red will be positive, black will be negative. Maybe there are just two negative wires (to prevent it being inserted with the wrong polarity perhaps). I guess the easiest way to find out would be with a multimeter, check the voltage between the different wires and check if the black wires are connected together.

If it's a two cell lipo, those 3 wires could be the balancing tap.

the one black at the on side is ground...
the middle is the first cell so you must get a voltage round 3V and at the red you get around 6V to 7V
For whom the interrupts toll...

Whats the part number? How many cells? Voltage? brand name? Looked up the datasheet? What does your multimeter say? ;D
