basically its a kit to build your own video game counsel . . . but then it occured to me it would also be very useful if you wanted to add some time of video display on your robot (maybe a talking face?)

I think it would be easier to find an old Pocket PC on ebay and design an interactive console around that (kinda like the guy with the hexapod table at Robofest)

yeah I looked into this, although there seems to be a lot dedicated to the one console. way too boggy unless this is PRECISELY what you want to be doing, surely?
I think developing for another console or pc would be a much more fun experience.
I am looking into DS development at the moment. it looks very exciting.
