How to control my continuous rotation servos

I have two GWS S35/STD continuous rotation servos that I intend to control with a PING))) ultrasonic rangefinder and my arduino. I can't seem to find any articles or posts on how to control servos that are continuous rotation from the factory. Can anyone lead me to some info? Thanks very much.

Hi,
Like any other (R/C-) servo.
1.5ms is the middle/stop signal, below (down to ~1ms) it goes one way and above (up to ~2ms) it goes the other way.
You cannot position a continuous rotation servo like a regular one.

A rather fast and fairly heavy robot with quite large wheels needs what? A lot of power?
